“Good things to those who wait.” Or so they say. When it comes to sweet food videos, however, there’s no time like the present. Smorgasburg is a food festival unlike any other in New York City. It crashes into the Brooklyn coast each weekend through November – Saturdays in Williamsburg and Sundays in DUMBO – bringing with it a tidal wave of handmade artisan food.
