<p class="snap_preview">My goal here is simple: Guide the masses to delicious and affordable food.I live in New York but will not be limited to it. I have roots in Queens and Long Island and fully plan on giving both locales their culinary props.</p>
<p>Like a heaping plate of nachos or cheese fries, let’s delve right in with a philosophical debate for the ages: <u><strong>YOUR LAST MEAL.</strong></u> What’s on the plate? Surprise me.</p>
<p>In the spirit of sharing, here’s a little taste of mine:</p>
<p><u><strong>When Donovan&#8217;s Pub was still a Pub in Bayside, Queens not a &#8220;Grill &amp; Tavern&#8221;, this bacon cheeseburger with fried onions was my top burger:</strong></u></p>
<p><a href="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/donovans-burger-cross-section.jpg" title="Donovan’s Bacon Cheeseburger Cross Section"><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/donovans-burger-cross-section.jpg" alt="Donovan’s Bacon Cheeseburger Cross Section" /></a></p>
<p><span id="more-10"></span></p>
<p><u><strong>Baby Back Ribs from Georgia’s Eastside BBQ</strong></u></p>
<p>Sundays are All You Can Eat Ribs there, check out <a href="http://nycfoodguy.com/2007/11/06/the-best-bbq-in-new-york-georgias-eastside-bbq-makes-a-good-case/" target="_blank">my review</a> for more info.<br />
<img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/georgias-eastside-bbq-extra-sauced-rib-close-up.jpg" alt="Extra Sauced Rib from Georgia’s Eastside BBQ" /></p>
<p><u><strong>French Fries from Houston’s</strong></u></p>
<p><a href="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/houstons-fries.jpeg" title="houstons-fries.jpeg"><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/houstons-fries.jpeg" alt="houstons-fries.jpeg" /></a></p>
<p><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/houstons-fries.jpeg" alt="houstons-fries.jpeg" /></p>
<p><u><strong>BBQ &amp; Buffalo Chicken slices from Joanne’s Pizza in Long Island</strong></u><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/joannes-2-slices.jpg" alt="BBQ Chicken / Buffalo Chicken from Joanne’s Pizza in Long Island" /></p>
<p><u><strong>Half of a 14-inch sub from Wegman&#8217;s (NJ, PA, Upsate NY)</strong></u></p>
<p><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/wegmans-upskirt.jpg" alt="Wegman’s sub upskirt" /></p>
<p>(14-inch White, Mayo, Spicy Mustard, Lettuce, Onions, Dill Pickles,</p>
<p>Sub Sauce, Turkey, Roast Beef, American &amp; Swiss Cheese)</p>
<p><u><strong>Spicy Enchilada Pork Taco from Hernandez Huaraches</strong></u></p>
<p><u><strong>at Red Hook Ball Fields</strong></u></p>
<p><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/spicy-enchilada-pork-taco-from-hernandez-huaraches.jpg" alt="spicy enchilada pork taco from hernandez huaraches at red hook ball fields" /></p>
<p>(Spicy Pork, Lettuce, Homemade Hot Sauce &amp; Guacamole,</p>
<p>Queso Fresca, Sour Cream, Cilantro)</p>
<p><u><strong>Peter Luger&#8217;s Cheeseburger with Fries &amp; Fried Onions</strong></u></p>
<p><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/peter-luger-burger-beauty-shot.jpg" alt="Peter Luger’s Cheeseburger with Fries and Fried Onions" /></p>
<p><u><strong>Warm 5-nut Brownie Sundae From Houstons</strong></u></p>
<p>Served with Sedutto Vanilla Ice Cream and Champagne Custard (the most expensive thing at Houston&#8217;s believe it or not). Check out that close up, that&#8217;s serious.</p>
<p><a href="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/houstons-brownie-sundae-big.jpeg" title="houstons-brownie-sundae-big.jpeg"><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/houstons-brownie-sundae-big.jpeg" alt="houstons-brownie-sundae-big.jpeg" /></a></p>
<p><u><strong>Banana Pudding from Sugar Sweet Sunshine Bakery</strong></u></p>
<p><img src="http://nyceats.files.wordpress.com/2007/11/sugar-sweet-sunshine-close-up.jpg" alt="Banana Pudding from Sugar Sweet Sunshine Bakery" /></p>
<p>So that’s just a little taste of my last meal. As time progresses I’ll get more photos and add some more glory to the plate.</p>
<p>Let’s hear from you.</p>
<p>Happy Eating,</p>
